Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per SKU for in-stock packaging products. For custom colors, brand printing or specialized surface finishes, the minimum order will be adjusted accordingly. Yes. Our Mono-Pump series is a 100% recyclable all-plastic pump without any metal parts. It can be directly processed in standard PE recycling streams with no extra separation work required. Selected products support up to 50% PCR (Post-Consumer Recycled) material.

Standard samples are delivered within 3 business days. For custom samples including color matching, customized actuators or special finishes, the lead time is 5–7 business days. We provide free samples for qualified brand partners; customers only need to cover the shipping cost.

Yes. We support professional customization services including Pantone color matching, hot stamping, silk screening and custom actuator designs. Custom finishes require a minimum order of 5,000–10,000 units, depending on production complexity.

Yes. Our production facility holds official ISO 15378 certification for pharmaceutical primary packaging materials. All product lines adopt FDA-compliant raw materials. We also provide complete compliance documents for REACH (EU), RoHS and California Prop 65 to support global market access.

Every production batch undergoes strict multi-stage quality inspection:

• Incoming raw material inspection
• In-process quality checks during molding and assembly
• Final functional testing (discharge rate, spray pattern, torque test)

We will provide the official Certificate of Analysis with each shipment. Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas is available on request.

The standard production lead time is 15–20 business days after deposit confirmation. We support rush orders with a lead time of 7–10 business days (extra expedite fee required). For new custom tooling projects, an additional 25–35 business days is needed for mold development.

Our standard payment term is T/T (wire transfer): 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term cooperative partners, L/C at sight is available. We also accept PayPal for sample orders and small transactions.

We provide global international shipping services. Our core markets cover North America (US, Canada), Europe (Germany, France, UK, Italy) and Asia-Pacific regions. All products comply with EU REACH, US FDA regulations and complete export documentation. Shipping time: 5–15 business days for air freight, 25–40 days for sea freight.
